Benefit Fine One One

So I have finally added Benefit's Fine One One to my makeup bag thanks to my boyfriend's aunt, Pauline (thank you so much for this). First of all, I never actually used a cream blush let alone a highlighter or a contour. I was a little worried I wouldn't like it but was glad to try it anyway, and I'm so happy I got the opportunity. It's just brilliant, a quick and easy way to highlight, blush and contour all in one without too much effort of using different brushes (not that I mind but Fine One One is a great time saver). All it needs is a sweep from the apples of the cheeks up to the temples and light blending - I really didn't think it would be that simple. I like all three shades included as well - a sheer pink champagne, a watermelon pink and an orange based coral. The cherry on top is the packaging, really nice rose gold case wish a twist up mechanism. I'm so impressed with this product, I now know what all the fuss is about and it is now a must have in my makeup bag.
Benefit Fine One One: £23.50

Bourjois Blusher in 95 Jasper Rose

I have been looking for a nice blusher for a while now, last one I tried was Maybelline's Expert Wear blush but it left me disappointed. I had a look at Bourjois blushes the other day, swatched a few on my hand and I have to say I was really impressed. I decided to pick up one of them to try it out and decided that if I liked it I would get a few more shades (their colour range is gorgeous). The one I got is Jasper Rose, a really pretty and shiny (but not too shiny) peachy-pink shade I'm in love with already. It applies and blends in really well and lasts for hours and hours. It's got an amazing scent to it as well, it kinda smells like holidays and soap (might not be everyone's cup of tea though). I'm not too sure about the brush Bourjois added to the blush, I didn't use it and probably not going to since I finally treated myself to Real Techniques and their brushes are just brilliant. Overall, I wish I had tried this product before and I will definitely buy a few more shades - best blush I've tried.
