Bourjois Blusher in 95 Jasper Rose

I have been looking for a nice blusher for a while now, last one I tried was Maybelline's Expert Wear blush but it left me disappointed. I had a look at Bourjois blushes the other day, swatched a few on my hand and I have to say I was really impressed. I decided to pick up one of them to try it out and decided that if I liked it I would get a few more shades (their colour range is gorgeous). The one I got is Jasper Rose, a really pretty and shiny (but not too shiny) peachy-pink shade I'm in love with already. It applies and blends in really well and lasts for hours and hours. It's got an amazing scent to it as well, it kinda smells like holidays and soap (might not be everyone's cup of tea though). I'm not too sure about the brush Bourjois added to the blush, I didn't use it and probably not going to since I finally treated myself to Real Techniques and their brushes are just brilliant. Overall, I wish I had tried this product before and I will definitely buy a few more shades - best blush I've tried.

  1. I've noticed that bourjois blush and eyeshadow kind of 'dry out' after a few months and become harder to use :/

  12. I have never used a bourjois blusher or product before other than a nude lipstick I bought a few years back. Contemplating buying a blusher though after you said it was the best blusher you have. I have been struggling to find a shade that matches my skin tone too, so will have to nip into boots this week and have a little look :)

    Great post

  13. Reading this post reminds me of the blush I used to have from Bourjois, I loved it.
They have so many different shades, it's great! Loved the one you wrote about but I don't think shiny would look good on me I'm afraid.

  21. Do you find the bourjois blushes very shimmery just as whenever I see them its the only thing that puts me off buying them, i'm more of a matte finish person. If your looking to try a new blush take a look at the MUA range its super cheap but have really good colour which also stay well.

  22. I totally want that blush! I wonder if the Bourjois blushes are anything like the Prestige, because they seem like they might be similar.
