Revlon PhotoReady Foundation

Revlon PhotoReady is my favourite foundation, that's for sure. I've been using it for a while and now I get what all the fuss was about. It's one of the more expensive drugstore foundations, I think I paid £12.99 for it, but I have to say you do get what you pay for. My shade is 002 Vanilla, which perfectly matches my skin tone. It blends really easily and quite quickly. It stays on for ages and ages, I never had a problem with it being cakey, oily or fading.  Great coverage and no break outs, aka perfect foundation. I've been using it every day for good two months now and it still seems as if it's full. I also love the packaging, even though it's a little heavy, and it's got a nice pump (not a fan of foundations without it for some reason). There's one weird thing about it though, when I blend it in on my hand it looks shiny as in sparkly, but it doesn't look like this once it's on my face.
I also want to try ColorStay, but the fact it doesn't have a pump puts me off a bit. But the amount of good reviews on it is incredible, so I will get it at some point. And I will definitely re-purchase PhotoReady foundation.

  1. I liked this foundation - I much prefer Colourstay though, I have quite Dry skin but always use the Oily one, as the dry one seems too greasy.
I love their colours, the coverage and I agree about the pump - I wish Colourstay had one!!
