In Love With Lip Pencils #SoapAndGlory

This is where my lip pencil obsession started, Soap & Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Gloss Sticks. I got them about a year or so ago and since then I managed to accumulate quite a few lip crayons (especially the Revlon ones). But anyway, not only were these two the first lip pencil products that I got but also my first Soap & Glory makeup. The Gloss Sticks that I got are Nudist (which is a nice beige-y pink with bits of subtle, gold shimmer) and Plum Jam (kind of a cherry pink / plumy pink colour, not really sure how to describe it). Both are sheer and glossy but not sticky. Plum Jam is much more visible on the lips than Nudist and that requires a bit of attention when applying, it's quite easy to draw out of your lip lines. The colour is buildable and it goes on quite smoothly but it needs reapplying every hour or so. They don't dry out my lips, however they are not as highly moisturising as a lot of people say (at least for me they're not). I like that they've got a twist-up mechanism, and the packaging looks really cool. Oh, and they've got a nice vanilla smell to them. They are only £8/each and with constant Boots offers you can get it cheaper in a deal or something. I'm not gonna lie, they are not my favourites but they are my 'firsts' so I still like them a lot.

What's your favourite lip pencil? Could you recommend any?

Soap and Glory Peach Party Blush | Review

I never actually even thought of trying a Soap & Glory blush, but when I saw the £15 for 2 offer (and I've been wanting to try out Glow All Out for ages!) I picked it up as a second choice. The only makeup items I've tried from Soap & Glory are their Mother Pucker Gloss Sticks (which are in fact pretty good). Anyway, I decided to write about Peach Party before Glow All Out as I actually like it more. Peach Party is a multi-colour blush, with 4 different shimmery shades that add a nice, subtle glow to the cheeks. It does seem that the shimmer is over the top in the pan but trust me, just the right amount applies to the face. The blush is blendable but you need a light hand with it as it's easy to overdo it. Staying power is great as well, I had it on longest for about 10 hours and it only faded a tiny bit. I'm really impressed with this blush, it made me more interested in Soap & Glory's makeup selection and I definitely want to check a few things out. And their packaging is so cool as well!
Have you tried any Soap & Glory makeup? Is there anything you would recommend?

Girls Just Want To Have Makeup | Wishlist

There is so many things I've been wanting for ages and so many new products coming out that I decided to put together a 'little' wishlist. Also, I've noticed that I tend to go for the makeup that's been on my wishlist when I'm shopping other than random browsings. So yeah, here is goes. My lusts of the moment...
1. Maybelline Baby Lips (will retail at £2.99/each once released, yes they are finally landing in the UK next month! I cannot wait!)
2. Physicians Formula Glow & Mood Boosting Blush (now, that's a brand I would LOVE to try out, their range is out of this world but surprise surprise, not available in the UK and the prices on Amazon are a bit over the top considering they are charging for this particular blush £14.34 + £1.99 for delivery, whereas in America it retails at $11.95. I mean, come on...)
3. Benefit Hervana Blush (£23.50, I've been wanting this for ages now but always forget to pick it up when I'm shopping, next time - it's mine.)
4. Elizabeth Arden New York In Bloom Pure Finish Radiant Bronzing Powder (£22.10 on the feelunique.com website, absolutely love the look of this product.)
5. Bourjois Colour Boost Lip Crayons (£7.99/each, and they are on 3 for 2 offer in Boots at the moment so might have to order them online, my local Boots doesn't stock them which is actually shocking as it's Brent Cross Boots and Brent Cross is supposed to be one of the top London shopping centres. Sort it out, Boots!)
6. Too Faced Sweetheart Perfect Flush Blush (£24, I'm a sucker for nice packaging as you can probably tell but it just looks, well, prefect.)
7. Maybelline Master Drama Chromatics Eyeliners (£4.49/each, and they too are on 3 for 2 offer at the moment. But again my Boots doesn't stock them so... I keep putting away getting stuff online because I like to swatch things first but what can you do.)
8. Soap & Glory Glow All Out Luminizing Face Powder (£11, I've been seeing a lot of reviews on this lately and all of them just kinda pushed me towards this powder.)
What's on your wishlist at the moment? If you have any of the products I mentioned, are they worth picking up?

Soap&Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Gloss Sticks

My love to lip products in a stick form is growing, now it's time for Soap&Glory's Sexy Mother Pucker Gloss Sticks. I've heard a lot about these before but only decided to get them recently. The shades I got are Nudist and Plum Jam, and I absolutely love them after only a few days of using. They are really glossy, smell of vanilla and are very easy to apply, no need for a mirror which is a plus. The sticks leave my lips soft and don't dry them out, a lot of products do that for me unfortunately so I'm really glad these work just great. They are not very pigmented though, but to be honest it doesn't bother me because I love the outcome so much. I was actually a little scared that Plum Jam would look weird on me but it doesn't and I like it better than Nudist in fact. Another good thing about the products is that they have a twist up mechanism so there's no messing with a sharpener. I absolutely love Soap&Glory's Gloss Sticks and I will definitely re-purchase both shades.
