Dainty Doll Eyeshadows | Review

About a month ago I stumbled upon a selection of Dainty Doll makeup on Amazon, which I've been actually dying to try. Dainty Doll is basically a line of makeup that's flattering for pale skin (created by Nicola Roberts), hence why I was curious about it. I ordered 5 eyeshadows and 2 blushes. I've not made up my mind about the blushes yet but I fell in love with the eyeshadows straight away. The colours look gorgeous on their own as well as used together, or considering three of them are pretty dark I like to put some white eyeshadow over them. The pigmentation in these is amazing, one swipe with a finger gives just the perfect colour. They are really easy to apply with brushes as well as with fingers, plus they are buildable. Also, their staying power is out of this world when applied over a primer - longest I had them on was about 14 hours, with no creases of fading. The only thing I would complain about is that they have a number on the back instead of their name, however the packaging itself is nice and classy. I would definitely recommend the eyeshadows from Dainty Doll, they are just amazing.
Have you tried any makeup products from Dainty Doll? Is there any you would recommend?
Dainty Doll Eyeshadows: £2-£3/each (price varies depending on colour - on Amazon.co.uk)

  1. I have teach me tiger & love that shade, it's so hard to find a coral type colour for the eye. Jungle looks gorgeous too, have you tried fragrance direct.com? They sell dainty doll for really cheap too.

Check your local poundland / poundworld stores, I got all mine from those shops. Definitely a great bargain, the eyeshadows are stunning and super pigmented. <3

The only one I don't have that you have is Teach Me Tiger, that colour is so pretty too.

  16. You are so brave wearing bold colours like that. They look so nice but I'm too chicken (and too unskilled haha) to wear bright colourful makeup. I'll have to keep looking at your blog and hopefully learn some tips haha! Now following xx

  21. I a quite fair-skinned so these might be perfect for me. But I've never been drawn to such bright colours. In fact I'm more of the naked palette kind of gal. I'm assuming there are more toned-down shadows in the collection, though so I might have to give them a look.
